Who does the customer turn to for service or future sales? All service matters and future sales are the responsibility of the installing contractor. The service/sales relationship is the contractors.
What are my customer’s payment options? In order to keep our rates competitive, Ontario Go Green uses PAP (pre-authorized payment) to debit monthly payments or, if you are operating in Enbridge Territory the customer can pay via Enbridge gas bill.*
Can my customer purchase the equipment at any time? Yes. The Ontario Go Green Rental Agreement can be paid off at any time by purchasing the equipment. Simply call our toll free number 1- 855-777-7715 and speak with a customer service representative.
What if my customer decides to sell their house during the Rental Agreement period? The Ontario Go Green Rental Agreement can be transferred. The homeowner would simply notify us of the move, and we will assist them with the process of transferring the equipment to the new owner.
